To add to the portfolio of services we purchased Carillion Rail Welding in April 2018 following the demise of Carillion Plc, regarded as the premium rail welding business by Network Rail in the UK and a fantastic asset to the company. Previously we incorporated the Lionverge Signalling management team as well as the initial purchase of Rail Safety Solutions back in 2012.
