I serve as a Director in Kroll’s Financial Instruments & Technology group in New York, where I lead complex valuation engagements and advanced financial modeling initiatives across a broad spectrum of asset classes. In this role, I oversee the development, validation, and implementation of sophisticated valuation methodologies for private equity and private debt investments, structured credit products, commercial real estate (CRE), and other illiquid and esoteric instruments.My responsibilities include managing end-to-end valuation processes, performing detailed quantitative analyses, and delivering defensible, audit-ready valuation reports in accordance with ASC 820 and other relevant accounting standards. I integrate macroeconomic analysis, industry research, and rigorous financial modeling to support enterprise valuations, portfolio valuations, and fair value reporting for institutional investors, asset managers, and financial sponsors.Prior to joining Kroll, I worked at Deloitte, where I specialized in structured finance, with a focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities. I collaborated closely with loan originators and sellers on transaction execution and securitization analytics, contributing to over $6 billion in conduit transactions and $1 billion in CRE CLO issuances. This experience provided deep exposure to collateral underwriting, cash flow modeling, and structured credit analysis.I regularly oversee the preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly valuation analyses, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting for clients across private equity, credit, real estate, and alternative investment strategies.
