My Tech Recruitment career began in January 2010.During my time working within technology recruitment I\'ve experienced lots of market changes, learnt from a number of great people and worked with some amazing companies & candidates, placing hundreds of people into new tech roles with companies across the UK, Europe and US.The types of companies I\'ve always enjoyed worked with most are smaller and/or younger companies who can really benefit from my network.I started NearTech in 2024 to do exactly that - we partner with companies to help them scale their tech techs - quickly!Our areas of focus are Software Engineering (Full Stack Software Stack combinations) as well as Data & Artificial Intelligence (Data Science & Machine Learning).We place senior engineers across both of these areas and combine both to also place Tech Leaders - Engineering Managers, VPs / Directors and CTOs.NearTech work with companies in the US and Europe - helping companies based in either side or both sides of the Atlantic but want the same joined up approach.
