About Richard Williamson
I’ve spent the last 25 years in the medical device industry, working at the intersection of quality, change control, and configuration management. Most of that time, I’ve been leading teams and building bridges between people, process, and systems — making complex operations feel a little more human, and a lot more effective.Today, I manage a talented team that supports how we launch and configure products, keeping Salesforce CPQ, ERP, and PLM systems aligned so quoting, pricing, and product data flow smoothly. We recently supported a major launch of a new mammography platform and AI tools — a complex project that landed cleanly thanks to deep planning and collaborative execution.Earlier in my career, I led a global Agile PLM implementation at W.L. Gore and later worked at Solar Turbines on overloaded BOMs in Windchill. Across every role, I’ve focused on building strong cross-functional relationships and systems that people can trust.I lead with transparency, mentorship, and a belief that the best solutions come from empowering teams and listening carefully.
