I’ve helped organizations rethink pricing, reposition underperforming business lines, and pursue smarter renewals by aligning financial insight with commercial strategy. I bring particular strength in financial modeling and scenario planning, especially in high-stakes environments like M&A, restructuring, or rapid growth. I’ve led deal modeling and due diligence support, and helped integrate acquisitions on both the financial and operational side. As a leader, I focus on coaching, communication, and empowering people to do their best work. I consistently hire and support high-performing individuals and work hard to foster environments where they grow and stay. Outside of work, I’m a committed rower and coach. Rowing has shaped my approach to leadership—focused, collaborative, and persistent. As a volunteer board member and captain at rowing clubs across Europe and the U.S, I’ve launched sustainable fundraising programs and built durable structures that lasted well beyond my tenure.
