I am an SAP Retail consultant with 13 years’ continuous experience, and with 25 years’ IT experience overall. I have been working continuously with SAP Retail since the Early Customer Programme started in 1996 and have completed seven full project life-cycles with this industry solution. I am experienced in configuration of SAP Retail (including POS integration, MM, SD, and some FI and CO) and in client team project planning and management, impact analysis and risk assessment. A key strength is my ability to work with the business to clearly identify how process and systems need to work together, at both high level and in detail, to enable the delivery of the required benefits.
