I have worked in CIO/CTO/IT Director roles in various types of organisation including VC for Ltd and Plc. A transformational, visionary IT leader with an impressive record of identifying and delivering innovation, governance, change, stability and efficiencies in support of the strategy of a business which has increased profits. Recent Achievements: • Brought in by PE as part of an organisations turnaround and reporting to the CEO; saving £1m/pa in IT/Telecom costs. • Introduced new software platforms/partners to use innovative tech to help trading turnaround. • Contributed to the turnaround of a £16m/pa loss making organisation prior to its sale in 2017 from PE to FTSE250 PLC HomeServe. • Continued to deliver PLC IT Governance of PWC/Deloittes audits/standards for HomeServe. Inheriting and working through the IT structure/features of a large loss-making organisation. Both from the delivery requirements and management accounts perspective to deliver \'right sized\' solution and efficiencies to improve performance/reliability and ultimately profits by working \'smarter\'.
