As General Manager I am responsibilities managing a team of 4 direct and 15 indirect reports. I oversee all Sales, marketing HR, staff welfare, policies, recruiting and training as required for our current and future business needs.I, along with the directors, agree and set targets and KPI’s specific for all staff; I also monitor their progress throughout the review period and offer support to ensure the best outcomes for the business.I have introduced reporting processes into the business to allow us to understand our sales and how the market changes so we can make data-lead decisions at macro and micro levels. This allows us to monitor our results of our promotional campaigns more accurately than before. I am currently in the process of ensuring full finance compliance for the FCA.
