Over the past 30 years, my focus has been leadership in the Medical Device marketplace. My accomplished leadership background has led me to contribute in many of the key functions of several highly successful companies and now as a CEO and Board Member, I have been able to scale a company through the fundraising phase and regulatory approvals. With primary responsibilities in sales and marketing leadership, I have been heavily involved in, and relied upon, to lead and manage market development, reimbursement, economics, training, professional education and fundraising. My approach to success in the start-up environment is process driven and consultative, resulting in predictable and consistent results. With over 20 years recruiting, training and leading winning commercialization teams, I have developed teams that have generated substantial revenue streams and clinical evidence. Cross functional leadership in sales, marketing, training, education, regulatory and investor relations, have enabled the success of corporate and shareholder value; including, two liquidity events that resulted in over $2b in enterprise value.
