I work with senior leaders and executive teams in the Nuclear sector at Babcock International Group as Senior HR Business Partner. Before moving into HR six years ago, I spent over a decade in senior operational leadership roles in the media industry, producing high-profile talent and later running regional radio stations across the UK.
