Focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, help my team succeed, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization-Developing the strategy and roadmaps for integrating with new and different technologies to improve our business processes and enhance efficiency for ordering our product-Identifying, evaluating, and selecting appropriate integration technologies, platforms, and APIs that align with our company’s priorities and strategic objectives. Responsible for relationship management for all key mortgage technology providers in order to collaborate together to support our integrations, develop and utilize new data SaaS products, and provide thought leadership within the industry including working closely with MISMO, the MBA, HPC, and others-Providing strategic leadership oversights for our overall customer technology teams at Enact, including collaborating with various stakeholders including senior business leaders, IT teams, mortgage lenders, and external third-party partners to understand integration requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives-Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with integration projects and implementing measures to mitigate risks, ensure data security, and maintain system reliability. Responsible for establishing Performance Optimization KPIs, focused on monitoring and streamlining the performance of integration solutions to ensure scalability, accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness to meet evolving business needs.
