   I am the creator of the TranslaDocs.com website. I set up everything in this business. Here is what I did in this business.1) I created this site with PHP, JS, HTML and CSS2) I wrote the content for this site.3) I set up a good marketing technique that helped me reach thousands of traffic with SEO (Search Engine Optimization).4) I\'ve translated it into over 30 languages.5) Responsible for TranslaDocs.com Customer Services as a Customer Support Specialist in the TranslaDocs.com Customer Services Department- Give customers more explanations on how the site can translate their documents they submit via email and tickets in any language with Deepl.com\'s translation tool and sometimes with Google Translate except in its three languages Haitian Creole, French and English- Provide level 1 technical support- Deal with customer feedback on the bugs the site occasionally produced- Cooperate with billing, legal, abuse and other departments- Resolve problems in their document or even offer manual translation on occasion.This site is one of my best experiences, because I managed to reach more than 100K visitors.
