ABOUT RIKKI MÜLLER

Personal Profile Recently worked through SPRIM on contract to Unilever as a Dental Detailing Specialist to launch the Regenerate Enamel Science brand. I provide telephone briefings/consultations on the pharmaceutical industry through the various consultancy panels I belong to, and in my spare time I study business and healthcare related further education courses. Over 20 years management experience supported by a broad skill-set derived from working in various industries. My outlook is very much the Aussie \"No worries\" and \"Can do\" attitude, and in all my roles I have always asked \"Why not\" rather than \"Why\". I muck in and do what needs to be done to get a job finished. I relish a fresh challenge and throw myself wholeheartedly into learning as much as possible about the area of my new responsibility, not just enough to do the job - but more, so I can do the job well and relate to a customer as an equal rather than just come across as a salesman. I enjoy tutoring and mentoring my team or my clients, passing on my knowledge and helping them grow. Key Working Strengths • A “completer finisher” • Compliance • Customer Relationship Management • Diplomatic and sensitive to different points of view • Excellent coaching, training & mentoring skills • Fact-finding, trouble shooting, planning and problem solving in my area of expertise • Good attention to detail • Handling confidential financial data with propriety • Maturity and gravitas to build strong relationships with target customers • Strong analytical and organizational skills Proudest achievements • Successfully turned problem client to make them a Key advocate and reference site • Project managed the first Arabic language electronic underwriting system with delivery ahead of schedule
