I am a member of the firm\'s Board of Partners and serve on its Lateral Partner Integration Committee. I was the managing partner of the firm\'s Los Angeles (Century City) office from 20••••22, and previously served on the firm\'s Finance Committee. My practice concentrates on private equity-backed corporate transactions. I regularly represent private equity funds, family offices, independent sponsors, institutional co-investors, and privately held companies, and my experience spans numerous industries, including healthcare, consumer, manufacturing, technology, and renewable energy. I work extensively with independent sponsors and lead the firm\'s West Coast (Los Angeles and San Francisco) independent sponsor networks. Along with others on our healthcare private equity team, I am actively involved in the firm’s annual Healthcare and Life Sciences Private Equity and Finance Conference, one of the largest private equity events in the U.S. healthcare market.
