With over 25 years of experience in the automotive and motorsports industry, I am the Chief Customer Officer & Motorsports Director at McLaren Applied, a global leader in high-performance technology and data solutions. I oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge products and services for motorsports customers, ranging from Formula 1 to Formula E, as well as other racing categories. I leverage my skills and expertise in systems engineering, automotive engineering, and data analytics to create innovative solutions that enhance the performance, safety, and sustainability of motorsports. I also lead a talented and diverse team of engineers, designers, and analysts, who share my passion for excellence and innovation in motorsports. Prior to joining McLaren Applied, I was the Head of Test and Development Centre at Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team, where I played a key role in achieving seven consecutive world drivers and constructors titles, as well as developing the next generation of Formula One cars. I am driven by the mission of advancing the state-of-the-art in motorsports, and contributing to the growth and success of McLaren Applied and its customers. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and collaborate with other industry leaders and experts.
