I have been involved in the technology industry for over 25 years. In that time I have demonstrated invaluable skills that are essential to be a technology leader. I have unique soft skills that were developed during my tenure in Customer Service. I have utilized these soft skills to advance my communication techniques, as well as people skills. The skills that I have embraced have not only been recognized by my peers, but amongst customers and Senior Management. My drive and passion for new technology has led to my overall goal of personal development.
