Each day, families face the challenge of securing quality care and/or alternative living options for their loved ones who no longer have the ability to live independently. CarePatrol offers a unique service. We are a free Community Service and work directly with families to find Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care (Alzheimer Communities), In Home Care and Skilled Nursing Homes. We personally review the medical history and State inspection history of every community in the area. We than tour each recommended community with the family to ensure they are comfortable in understanding the various care levels and amenities that are provided, and that all of their questions are answered. We also work directly with Nursing Home and Hospital personal along with physician’s offices who look to us to assist them to find safe discharges/solutions for their residents. Frequently, we work with Elder Lawyers as they look to us as the local experts for Senior Living and to help their clients to find a safe solutions for their loved ones. Our office is located in Albany, New York and covers the Upper Hudson Valley to the Adirondack Region.
