   As the newly appointed Executive Director at this LORT professional regional theater in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, I develop and implemented administrative, development and operational processes to support the artistic vision of the company. Leading a dedicated team toward effective institutional planning, philanthropy, earned revenue and organizational morale. Additionally act as Executive Director for our sister theater, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival in a strategic alliance.
