I’m an experienced engineering professional and hybrid endurance coach with a background in the Royal Air Force and a proven track record in both technical problem‑solving and human performance development.My engineering career began in the RAF as an Electronics Technician, where I developed strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to work under pressure while mentoring junior personnel. These foundations shaped my approach to leadership, systems thinking, and structured execution.Alongside my engineering work, I am the Founder and Head Coach of UpsNDowns Coaching and a coach at JD Gym. I specialise in hybrid endurance training, strength development, and building accountable, high‑performing communities.
