He has partnered and coached companies in both the private and public sectors on all levels of recruitment and staffing & comp strategies. When we accept a resume, we see it as a sacred privilege and honor. We do not take it lightly, and we work closely with our candidates with coaching them in advancing their career goals and making wise decisions. We are the answer to improving their interviewing skills and negotiating their compensation strategies. At RecruitCom, we see ourselves as conduits. We are the “glue” to bring both parties together and coach both sides throughout the process including negotiating their compensation strategies. We work very closely and diligently with our candidates. Our candidates see us as their career advisors. Candidates come to us to support them with their interviewing skills and compensation strategies.We make it our goal to know who they are and what they do.We never submit their resumes to clients without their authorization. Confidentiality is our business. We take a serious and active role in our candidates’ lives. In doing so, we earn their trust, confidence, and respect. We work just as closely with our clients. We make it a point to know their businesses as well as they do. In order to execute this approach, we secure a thorough understanding of the corporate culture, structure, and lines of reporting and communication. We spend an inordinate amount of time securing the necessary information to execute a successful search assignment. Most importantly, once we have satisfied the criteria for a search engagement, we focus on the most critical element of making a good hire. We determine if the candidate is a “Good Fit” for the company. And, if not? We find a company that will be a good fit.
