I help employers solve employment problems.I have answered thousands of employer inquiries concerning how to comply with state and federal labor and employment laws, including questions about the ADA, discrimination, leaves of absence, sexual harassment investigations, employee privacy, and wage and hour issues.I have negotiated over 100 collective bargaining agreements for employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act, the Meyer-Milias-Brown Act, and the Educational Employment Relations Act.I have counseled employers in hundreds of employee terminations and disciplinary actions.
