   As Staff Vice President, Commercial Billing and Collection Services with Anthem, I’m responsible for overseeing operations related to Administrative Services Only (ASO) Billing, Group and Individual ACA Fully Insured Billing, and ERISA 5500 reporting. In this role, I manage a team of 300 onshore and offshore employees in ASO/FI Billing Department with $29M annual budget.
