Appointed to this position by the new Spectrum CEO to drive the build back of the company after separation from Carrier. The goal is to separate the new company from Carrier entanglements as quickly as possible. Unique opportunity to sit at the crossroads of all company functions and the interface with Carrier to help create a new functional entity on a tight timeframe. Position is short term, and planned completion of the required separation is April 2025.
