Therapy shouldn’t feel clinical or forced, it should be a space where real healing happens. A place where people can process, grow, and feel truly seen, without pressure, without judgment. That’s the kind of therapist I strive to be.I’m an LMSW and EMDR-trained therapist with experience working with PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders. My approach is conversational and client-led, creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. When structure is needed, I provide that too. Therapy works best when it’s tailored to the person in front of me, and I aim to make every session feel safe, supportive, and meaningful.As a first-generation refugee, I understand resilience in a deep, personal way. I bring that awareness into my work by fostering a steady, welcoming space where clients feel safe to heal. I thrive in collaborative, supportive environments and am always looking to grow as a clinician.I’m passionate about effective, client-centered therapy and about being part of a practice that values both clients and clinicians.
