Upon completing graduate school I sought a career that would utilize my design and business backgrounds. Multi-disciplinary backgrounds provide value when connected, especially within the design industry. That is when Consulting popped up on my radar. Now I have the opportunity to work in a client-facing position which influences perceptions and builds excitement around projects. As an avid traveler, I thrive on learning how other cultures contribute to my understanding of human behaviors and traditions. Much to my enjoyment, meals are a favorite pastime of mine, food is the “social glue” drawing people together. This behavior transcends cultural bounds and creates a platform to unwind while forging personal bonds.Besides food, the other major pastime is fitness. Consistently practicing various levels of activity and routines allow me to perform at optimum levels, giving me an optimistic attitude towards problem solving.How does this relate to the corporate world? As a strategist, it is my goal to ensure considerations for people and their needs are factored into a given project. These considerations vary widely from industry to industry and even clients within the same industry.
