ABOUT RICHARD LENTHALL

I provide sales and management expertise to organisations looking to grow and move into new markets. I deliver quality and value to both internal and external customers and in doing so establish long lasting business relationships. I\'ve managed the installation of the first Internet services into Hotels, the production of video game titles, and have helped fast growing, multicultural companies, to establish themselves in Europe.My experience:Technical Sales / Business Development:I have over 5 years experience of creating opportunities and delivering value to customers throughout Europe and the Middle East. From the first introduction to growing key accounts I have consulted with customers and provided valued services that enabled businesses to grow.Team and Production Management:I managed over 40 artists during the production of several video games in a multi-cultural environment. I worked on process analysis and design, resource management, and improved team work by promoting accountability and communication. We also had fun! Project Management:Over 7 years of Project Management experience, delivering internet services into hotels. I managed the installation of over guest bedrooms across Europe for Hilton, Marriott and IHG. I also co-ordinated the IT and Internet services for the EBRD and other large scale conferences.
