ABOUT RICHARD LARKIN
I am a founding member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA) established in The membership in this organization is now over 100 Business Coaches across Canada and the United States.My business experience is varied and extensive, not just from being a Licensed Professional Business Coach working with small business owners over the past 10 years – but also through my personal experience as a business owner, starting my own Franchise concept in the early 1980’s and employing over 50 people. Since then I have worked in a variety of capacities in franchising, from systems development to brokering, to working with mature franchisors to improve relationships with their existing franchisees.I am a co-founder of my coaching company, Success Biz Coach, and co-authored the Success Business Coach Programs designed to help entrepreneurs learn the skills and competencies that it takes to be successful in business. I have written over 50 articles on Business development and related topics that are published in our Success Biz E-zine.Specialties: My passion and commitment to the success of entrepreneurs is accomplished by providing them with Clarity, Strategy and Inspiration. The progressions of my career were natural to coach and mentor others in Business. Working with emerging business concepts and franchises that are bringing new ideas and concepts to the market is where I now like to focus my time and attention.
