WORK HISTORY
Director of Computational Epigenetics @Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
I lead a computational biology group with a particular focus on deciphering epigenetic signatures in the context of normal development and oncogenesis. We utilize high throughput sequencing methodologies to explore changes at the DNA, RNA, and chromatin levels, and to place these changes in the context of stem cell biology, lineage specification, and aberrant cell state. This integrative epigenomics approach will be crucial to understanding a cell’s past, present, and future, in both normal development and cancer.
