Experienced GP and clinical director of healthcare in secure environments, interested in healthcare in detention and human rights.Clinical Director Healthcare in Prisons, South Eastern H & SC Trust. We provide high quality equitable healthcare to all people in the 4 prisons in Northern Ireland - this includes primary care services, mental health, AHP provision and numerous in reach secondary care clinics.We deliver inclusion health services in a prison setting aimed at those who find accessing healthcare challenging- homeless people, foreign nationals and those with addiction and mental illness.I was also a partner and GP trainer in Newtownards for 11 years establishing GP training in the practice and providing a wide range of primary care services to the local population.
