I am presently the only Certified Elder Law Attorney* based in Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess or Ulster Counties. My practice is concentrated on working with individuals, families and businesses to achieve extraordinary results in the areas of estate, asset protection and business planning. My memberships in WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys enable me to stay current with the latest cutting-edge planning techniques. In addition to my technical knowledge, I help clients focus upon and address all of their personal planning goals; as a result of my counseling-based approach, clients often \"discover\" goals and objectives that they had never previously considered.
