I have held positions in industry and “big 4” consulting. I have worked in telecommunications, technology, industrial/chemical and consulting sectors. I have a successful track record of increasing top line revenues, expanding margins and driving selling expense productivity for B2B companies. I have developed and customized numerous methodologies aimed at improving pricing performance, sales and marketing effectiveness and efficiency to achieve improved top and bottom-line growth.I have had a career of increasing responsibility, starting in sales and moving on to sales management, product management, sales leadership and eventually as an advisor to “C” suite executives in Fortune 100 companies. I am a practical, results oriented professional who can quickly identify a business’ key strategic challenges, economic profit levers and change management needs to achieve the owners desired financial objectives.Representative accomplishments include-Co-developed several pricing and profitability methods as a founding member of a “big 4” pricing practice-Delivered hundreds of millions in quantified margin expansion across dozens of global, billion-dollar businesses-Led the development of B2B sales and marketing methods with a goal of accelerating revenue growth and profitability -Reduced selling expense budget by 20%($80MM), achieved growth targets by redirecting budget to higher growth / value opportunities and geographies-Analyzed the economic profitability of a materials business, eliminated more than half its products, maintained revenues and expanded return on capital from 6 to 20 percent-Created an operating strategy to expand EBITDA by $30MM for a $600MM film maker with 8 plants distributed across the globe.I am fluent in French.
