I am fully accountable for the success of the communications at all of our venues and events. I discuss and negotiate with potential clients to understand their requirements, budget and timescales for their venue or their event. I then carry out a site survey and plan the networking requirements for data and voice. My team, made up of specialists from all over the world and different according to the needs of each job, then carries out the installation, configuration and testing procedures. We only use the best people, and we only use the best technology and components.We pride ourselves on not just installing and walking away: for an event, you only get one chance to get it right so we are on-site for the duration; for a permanent venue installation, we test and test and test again, and we are always on-hand to provide support and advice, and to recommend changes and upgrades as the technology moves on and people expect more from their venues.Our team remain on site for the duration of the event providing excellent customer support to the client and to their users of the network as well monitoring the overall performance of the Network.
