Speed is critical My approach is practical and action orientated, based on real life experiences, I have done my fair share of sweeping warehouse floors and cold calling in the rain, that means we begin to see results quickly. I see my role as helping them get the job done by creating an environment where folks can flourish. A bit about me: I was born and raised on a farm in North Yorkshire, I know what real work is. I played cricket at a fairly good standard (best was 2nd XI). I’m now President of Ilkley Cricket Club and attend all their matches. Married for 30 years with the associated family etc etc. I like golf but only because I don’t play cricket anymore! I also play the drums.
