I lead, advise, mentor and amplify teams of architects, engineers, analysts and developers solving problems with cloud-based relational, non-relational and hybrid data warehouses / lakes / stores and BI systems while also providing company-wide data strategy recommendations and guidance.Throughout my 25+ year career, my focus has been on data-centric projects and architecture, having previously served as a developer, architect, manager, mentor, SME, consultant, and other roles. During all that time, I feel the skill I possess that has provided the most value to my employers is collaboration. I\'m a connector and an amplifier, instigating team discussions, pulling in resources from other teams at all levels, and collecting the feedback to make sure projects my team is working on have the best chance of success. Data and Engineering are team sports.
