Asked to join 5 separate business teams during the contract, with each assignment having a different brief to overcome- Repaired a failing automation test suite (c160 scenarios): increased a flat pass rate of 76% to 95% in one month- Built AI-assisted test frameworks (Co-pilot skills files) translating manual test processes into automated workflows - cutting task time by 60%(after setup) and significantly increasing test scope. Human oversight maintained throughout- Applied BA, project planning and test strategy skills to implement Test Driven Development plans across 2 critical severity epics in a multi-year migration programme. Strong alignment between Product, Development and QA resulted producing a customer-focused solution- Delivered product demos to senior leadership - a first for the QA team - successfully alleviating concerns and building confidence in the programme.
