As a GRCT Risk & Control Platform Engineering Head I am responsible for the leadership role to take full and end to end ownership of all platform technologies and environments within GRCT. The Global Finance & Risk Technology Group (GRCT) within GFT supports a diverse range of business partners such as Compliance Risk, Wholesale Lending Credit Risk, Retail Risk, Risk Governance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Model Risk and O&T Risk Control. Champion and lead Platforms Engineering for the whole organization, including the governance of all engineering standards and processes to ensure the safe and sound operation of GRCT in adherence to Citi, EO & T, GFT policies, targets, standards. This is achieved through maintaining a robust knowledge base of the group’s work and the environment in which it operates, its deliverables, stakeholders priorities and resource strategy.
