I started my CSS role at the front end at Dicks, during my stint up front I lead the district in metrics(Customer Satisfaction, Credit Card Sales, Protection Plan sales, and Donation Percentage). I then moved to the golf department, keeping my CSS role. When I got to the golf department we were averaging 5th in the district, since I have been in the department we have been consistently in 2nd place, only behind a branch that gives commission.
