Leveraging a management style focused on effective communications and mentorship, I have created deep relationships with my engineering colleagues and clients.With over 50 successful deployments/integrations completed, I have managed simultaneous projects throughout the US and Canada from 20 sites to large-scale implementations of more than 800 sites. My experiences include customer-specific solutions developed with internal cross-functional teams and with competitor engineering teams to deliver network upgrade, reconfiguration, and integration solutions. I’m obsessed with my clients and customers and I always seek to deliver superior results while exceeding targeted project margins through continuous process improvement initiatives.Constantly striving to build trusted relationships is the cornerstone of my approach to successful project implementation. How do I do this? By hitting margin targets, delivering results, and having the customer know that once I’m engaged, I will deliver on project goals. For example, one accomplishment that I’m most proud of is never having to roll back a customer implementation. This has allowed me to build deep trust with my clients.
