Design and manage multiple projects from concept to production for BMHCC system campaigns, hospitals, and departments.• Protect Baptist brand standards by expanding the brand guides to include more collateral examples; develop the Brand Identity Guide; and create templates for internal team and freelancers.• Review and provide feedback on materials created by freelancers and vendors to help ensure brand guidelines are followed. • Provide art direction and supervision of freelance illustrators and photographers.• Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and web teams to develop compelling campaigns that support and meet strategic objectives.• Research design and marketing trends to provide cutting-edge design.
