ABOUT RICHARD FOSTER

I\'m a creative problem solver with a natural ability to ask pertinent questions. I listen carefully without judging to fully understand the situation and person in order to create the most suitable solutions. I am a clear commuicator who is able, when necessary, to tackle \'difficult\' conversations in a calm and productive manner. I am often described as calm under pressure and unflappable by those who work with me.I have a passion for delivering the best possible results and have a wealth of experience in analysing needs and designing solutions to suit. My project management experience ensures maximum use of available resources in delivering a timely, targeted solution. My work at Drax progressed from doing everything to delegating most of the technical work and focussing more on business management, stakeholder management, key client relationships and project management. I managed a small permanent team and occasional freelancers and am in my element when working as part of a client\'s project team. Prior to selling the business, I reviewed accounts & KPI information, looked after any customer complaints & supplier issues and produced the business\'s social media content including blog articles. Post sale, my work moved to facilitating the new management and ensuring continued staff, supplier and customer engagement.
