Richard Epstein

About Richard Epstein

Rick has a wide experience in architecture and urban design and has provided leadership in the built environment through his work on Design Review Boards for the University of Colorado, the Belmar District in Lakewood and years of teaching. He is the founder and principal of re:architecture that has worked to re-imagine new and old places. Recent and current work include designing a new 2-venue nightclub and a Mexican restaurant in an historic Landmark in downtown Denver, and co-developing and designing a new 53 unit townhome community in Winter Park, Colorado. re:architecture has worked in other diverse projects from high end houses published in Dwell, a Harley Davidson dealership and the urban design of the Civic Area in downtown Boulder. He has worked in diverse professional settings and practiced locally, nationally, and internationally to advance ideas of sustainable place-making at all scales.
