   I\'m proud to own multiple agencies with Allstate, employing 12 amazing individuals who make up our successful team, ranked in the top 4% of Allstate agencies in the US. Both Allstate and I know how important price and service are for a long- lasting relationship. Our ongoing focus in to balance of quality service together with competitive pricing. For the last 15 years, I strive to execute my agency\'s brand promise to treat each of our clients as if they were family or close friends.Since my agency acquisition, we\'ve turned a distressed and declining book of business into a stable, growing, profitable agency.As of 2022, we\'ve been recognized as one of Allstate\'s Premier Agencies for several years with multiple State, Regional and National awards. In 2022 we ranked within the top 3% of agencies in the US, grew written premium to 9+ million, increased 1st year retention by 19 points, increased overall retention by 8 points, increased NB retention to 89%, decreased loss ratio by 11 points, increased gross written premium by 85%, and have increased agency revenue by 120%. An element of our journey which I am most proud of is the continuity of my staff since opening our agency. 3 of my original 6 employees continue to work in the agency. 1 of the 6 has moved on to open his own Allstate agency.
