I have over 12 years experience in running large commercial contracts across the Globe. Responsible for delivering P/L and transformational changes across these contracts. Working with the end customer and internal delivery plus 3rd parties to deliver the best outcome for BT and the customer. As part of my role I have set the strategic direction for Commercial Management and held senior position within the Finance organisation. I have many plaudits from my customers and have good experience in stakeholder management working in large complex, multinationals. I have Implemented corporate governance structures into BT and large organisations that allows the management and reduction of risk across a large complex enterprise environment including the 3Lines of Defence model.Prior to the above I have 15 years experience in Programme directing large scale ICT programmes, for Bass Brewers, Barclays Bank, National Australia Group and BT. Also have worked in presales as part of large bid teams winning outsourcing deals. Started using \'Waterfall Methodology\' and moved onto to use \'Agile\' approach.Specialties: Corporate Governance,Contract Management,Programme delivery and risk/benefits management.
