I help organisations get things going.Sounds so simple but it\'s the hardest thing in organisational life. When energy drops, when people start working around each other instead of with each other, when nothing moves across departments and levels - organisations grind to a halt. Not because the people aren\'t talented or the strategy isn\'t clear, but because the spirit of the place has drained away.In practice clients bring us in for seemingly different things - leadership programs that punch hard and scale, strategy sessions with the C-suite, large-scale organisational development, cross-functional communities of practice, solving particular problems in orgs or helping teams perform. But they\'re all the same work. Every one is about finding a leverage point that helps reinvigorate tired orgs so they can get things going - and then joining it up so the momentum builds rather than fades.That\'s what our practice at Let\'s Go is built for.Let\'s Go is also a framework, a deep toolkit, and a growing global network of practitioners - all built around the five dynamics that drive organisational energy: Belief, Structure, Involvement, Progress, and Care.In practice we often get into dialogue with senior leaders, synthesise what\'s actually going on, and turn it into plans and tools that power people forwards. I\'ve done this organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Warner Bros. Discovery, Ghirardelli, HSBC, Sanofi, and Cancer Research UK. I\'m exec education Faculty at Duke Corporate Education and Emeritus, a TEDx speaker on group dynamics and an IMI mediator - with training in Gestalt, philosophy and Lewis Deep Democracy.
