   As a managing member of the firm, my role is to grow and manage of a business focused law firm with a strong focus on healthcare and alternative substances (e.g. cannabis, ketamine, etc.). My legal practice is primarily focused on corporate transactions, regulatory, compliance matters, and administrative appeals. My healthcare law practice includes representation of post-acute care providers, community hospitals, management service organizations (MSOs), investment platforms (e.g. private equity, family office, etc.), physician groups, ancillary providers (e.g. pharmacies, DME companies, labs), retail medicine providers (e.g, urgent care centers, ASCs, ERs), dental service organizations (DSOs), behavioral health, chiropractors, veterinary practices. Also, in collaboration with my colleagues at RSC, we have over 20 years of experience in the alternative substances industries and known nationally as experts in the cannabis industry, making RSC the premier law firm in Texas and surrounding region for representation on complex issues in the alternative substances industries. As a leading cannabis attorney, I served as outside general counsel to the Texas Cannabis Industry Association, co-authored multiple publications on cannabis and have been named a top cannabis legal expert multiple times by DataBird Research Journal and Cannabis Law Journal. I represent and regularly advise a broad base of cannabis businesses, healthcare providers and investors. Further, I advise on legal issues associated with setting up and operating ketamine clinics and kratom related businesses.
