I do this through my leadership programmes and team development sessions, e.g.Navigator Programme (3 months) aimed at mid-career professionals from any sector, often looking to step up from management to leadership in their thinking and practice.Future Leaders Programme (9 months) aimed at early career leaders with a specific and deliberate emphasis on the transformation to Net Zero.Team development sessions - support teams facing challenges such as-integrating new members joining-changing landscapes and contexts-organisational resets-a desire for greater trust and harmony-a need for improved results-I can use Insights® Discovery as a Licensed PractitionerI have worked as a 1:1 coach, team coach and delivered leadership programmes for organisations as varied as Skanska UK, Ogilvy, Environment Agency, Avon & Somerset Police, MCS, Balfour Beatty, Blind Veterans UK, Avon Fire & Rescue Service, LSBU, Wolseley UK, Deloitte, Thame Town Council, Morrison Utility Services, Fallow Restaurant, Trustmark, We are Digital, Wessex Water.My success is built on my ability to get alongside people and build strategic relationships, winning the respect and support of senior stakeholders, delivering high quality content through participative sessions.
