With over 20 years of finance management and leadership experience, I am a seasoned Finance Director with a proven track record of delivering value and excellence across diverse sectors, including software, SaaS, and further education.As the Deputy Principal Finance & Resources/ Finance Director at Fareham College, I led the finance, IT, estates, health & safety, and management information systems teams, improving the financial reporting, budgeting, and oversight processes. As the Risk Management champion I drove improvements in the risk management process and lowered the centre of gravity of responsibility in the organisation involving more managers in the process.
