ABOUT RICHARD BRUDER

I help entrepreneurs attract and negotiate funding from angels and venture capitalists. I also help angel investors and venture capitalist make better deals by \"protecting the downside.\"I have developed the \"Enterprise Counsel\" program - a fixed fee retainer based system for helping my entrepreneurial clients grow their business. Under Enterprise Counsel, I become the entrepreneur\'s \"in-house\" counsel, and our relationship deepens. Because most services are covered by the retainer, I tell folks that Enterprise Counsel \"takes the billable hour fear out of quality legal advice.\"I also create Advisory Boards for my clients - non-fiduciary boards of directors,so that my clients can benefit from the stategic planning and collaborative thinking that a board provides. My clients gain the power of focus, through their Advisory Boards.I have been practicing corporate law for 30 years, representing all manner of funding sources and growing companies, both publicly traded and privately held.I was one of the top ten students in my graduating class from Wayne Law School (1981), and went on to receive a Masters in Taxation degree from Wayne.Entreprenuers are risk takers, who change the world and make a positive difference in peoples lives.
