To this end, within my role I undertake the following:– Planning & Scheduling Lead for Mobility GBA, covering leadership and support for all planning related project work across the division and tender work for the business unit. – Lead trainer for the Arcadis Project Controls Academy – APMG certified. Delivering Planning & Project Controls training courses both internally and externally, to the UK and internationally– P3M3 Assessor – Lead assessor to the Resilience Global Business Area in the UK– UK & Sector Project Controls Working Groups – Section Lead– Member of both UK & Global Project Controls Cabinets– People First Working Group Social Engagement Lead– Leader within the Communities of Practice for Program and Project Controls, Planning, and Acumen Fuse– Building the Mobility Program and Project Controls team organically, both locally and UK wideProject Delivery:Defence Infrastructure Organisation - SLA Programmatic Approach - PMO/Programme Management/Controls Lead.National Highways - RIP South Integrated Project Controls - Programme/Commission Lead.National Highways - Major Projects PMB Intervention Programme - Programme/Commission Lead.Network Rail - Transpennine Route Upgrade Programme - Programme Controls Manager.

To this end, within my role I undertake the following:– Planning & Scheduling Service Lead for Mobility GBA, covering leadership and support for all planning related project work across the division and tender work for the business unit. – Lead trainer for the Arcadis Project Controls Academy – APMG certified. Delivering Planning & Project Controls training courses both internally and externally, to the UK and internationally– P3M3 Assessor – Lead assessor to the Resilience Global Business Area in the UK– Global Service Expert Group – Section Lead (Planning & Scheduling)– People First Working Group Social Engagement Lead– Leader within the Communities of Practice for Program and Project Controls, Planning, and Acumen Fuse– Building the Mobility Program and Project Controls team organically, both locally and UK wideFrom a project delivery perspective; I presently reside as Schedule Improvements Lead for the Integration Partnership at the Lower Thames Crossing programme (~£10bn). Most recently I spent 18 months as Head of Change Management on Network Rail\'s flagship TRU programme (~£11bn), prior to this I led our commissions with National Highways delivering their PMB intervention programme supporting their Major Projects team in setting PMB\'s across their portfolio, and their RIP South Integrated Project Controls implementation. Furthermore, leading programme management / controls for a commission with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, driving a programmatic approach through their SLA programme.
