Based in Greenville, SC, we work with companies across the U.S from multiple industries including global manufacturers, software providers, real estate development and financial services. As the firm’s founder, I believe in providing each client and candidate with personalized attention and I am involved in the search process the entire way. I have over twenty years of financial recruiting experience and prior to professional recruiting I worked in accounting for a Fortune 500 company. I started my recruiting career in 1996 and quickly earned a reputation for providing top talent to my clients in an ethical and timely manner. Since that time I helped launch a start up search firm and quickly became a top producer. In 2007 I was inducted into the Pinnacle Society, an elite consortium of top performing recruiters in the search and placement industry limited to 75 members.
